Superhero's Backstory

Luminous Black Wave the superhero is an eighteen-year-old African American male name Levinard "Levy" Blackson.  He lives in a place called Queen Metro City where he fights crime & save lives. Black Wave’s power comes from using a wave hair grease product that was infected with a strange substance called the M.A.W.F (Multiple, Adaptive, Wave, Frequencies) chemical.  Levy brought the strange wave hair product named " Nitro Waves" five days before it was recalled & taken off shelves not knowing anything about it.  Once he applies substance into his hair something weird starts to happen. Levy's vision becomes blurry, then his head starts burning as if he was using a strong hair perm, & shortly afterwards goes through syncope (temporary loss conscious) for ten minutes.  As his genius cousin Imes wakes him up after passing out Levy notice something was different about himself.  First, he notices the substance created a unique hair wave line pattern never seen before on his head. Next the wave lines in his hair would light up to 7 different colors (Red, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Violent, & Indigo). Through science & research Levy's cousin Imes finds out chemical in the wave hair grease had caused the atoms in his body to completely change Levy into a bioluminescent wave controller superhuman. Also, Imes learns Levy develop his powers due to having a rare blood type (AB negative).  Over time Luminous Black Wave learns more about his powers such as he can control, manipulate and/or create different wave elements mentally & physically depending on the types. Luminous Black Wave is often assisted by his cousin Imes who helps him understand his powers better & creates a special digital watch for Levy to transform into his superhero suit to hide his identity. Luminous Black Wave's purpose is to save Queen Metro City mainly urban areas from dangerous enemies after his father was put in jail for a crime he did not committed & losing his older brother Reece a few months prior.
